Keep finding these two files in the Windows Tempory folder. Windows allows me to delete them but upon reboot are saved again.

WGAErrLog.txt
WGANotify.settings

Does anyone know what they are?

I would hazard a guess at something to do with WGA.

I'm 100% sure though that google will know.
