i was bought a dell laptop on the 27th april as a present and i was wanting to return it for a better one but dell are basically saying i cant send it back now cause it has been a month. am i stuck with this laptop forever now?

i could send it back with technical fault because it keeps fucking up when i try and play games on it

They won't take it back even if there does happen to be a fault, which there probably isn't, it would be repaired.

your not stuck you could either put it on ebay as brand new laptop as buy it know for 1p and ill have it or ill send over £2 for p&p then you wont be stuck of it i will

found out its because the game is too good for the computer.
spec -
