Yeah i'm sure it does, but then yeah the R74 only has the 1 HDMI.

I woudln't worry about game mode, i'm sure my r87 has game mode anyway but the 3 hdmi's far outweigh any setting like that.

As its the same price I think its daft not to go for the newer model when looking between the R74 and the R88.
Was your R87 £500? so that includes the VAT and the three years warrenty?

R88 is newer, and if your lucky, has a very good panel. 3x hdmi is also good and i wouldnt worry about game mode, its a marketing spin, all it does is darken the picture

And with the code it knocks £10 off!
£465 for that TV is a awesome price!
