I've got the sony ericsson W850i phone on contract and it developed a software fault. Took it in today and it's covered for repair, and i've got a 'loan phone' little cheap siemens thing. The thing that i was wondering though is... if they can't fix it and offer to replace the handset, is there any way i can blag that i don't want that model of phone again or not. Is it worth a moan or do i not have a leg to stand on since i have no insurance on the phone. Thought i'd be cheeky and ask to see if it's possible? probably not but what do you guys think?
