tbh they r monkeys, rung them up can i book my car in 4 an exhaust, oh sorry u cant book it in, y not? u need 2 cum dwn we'll hav a look then u cum back at a later date, im sorry i cant do that i live to far away and it wud be abit of a waste of time, oh wait a min let me get my colleague (spellin) what can i do for u sir, basically he tells me what the otha bloke tells me, so he agrees to book it in, iv gotta be there at 9am tues mornin so they can fit a backbox 2 me car an it will take 3 hours

My whole system took about 3.5 to 4 hours aswell, so 3 hours just to fit a backbox sounds just a bit excessive!

y u takin it to them????????? have a go yourself its really quite easy. my mate did my back box in 8 mins, i timed him. then again he does do it for a livin.
