Are these dials just stickers to go over the dials i have now or are they a totally different set which would mean removing and replacing the whole thing??

if they are lockwood then you have to remove the old ones

so it would mean having a totally wrong mileage, however it says nothing about the milage in the description and sure it would if i had to remove old dials

no its just the cover. you take the black one off and that goes in place. if you look there is a cut out for the mileage
