I'm looking to switch banks and was wondering if there are any banks out there that'd change my direct debits over for me, instead of me phoning around for hours.

I'm sure I saw an advert on TV for a Bank that boasted about this kind of service.

I'd do it myself but i'm lazy, i'd rather the new Bank did it

iirc they done everything, ie - got all the info from my old bank LloydsTSB on DD's etc & done everything, even upped my overdraft for the switch over period incase there was any misshaps, payments taken early etc!!

I have a current account & a cash ISA & transfer funds from one to the other over the phone / Net.......Get a pretty good rate on that aswell!!

Also got a 0% credit card

My local Lloyds TSB were shit, shit interest, shit customer sevice, couldnt contact the branch, & they were never open!! Halifax do everything right that they didnt do!!

Halifax are my number 1 at the moment, my savings account is with them so it'll all be in one place.

All my stuff is through Nationwide, current a/c, Cash ISA, ISA Bond, cant be arsed to look anywhere else!
