Pretty sure places like Currys or Dixons do them on finance mate. Have a look on their website.
Yes you can use the xbox wirelessly if you use a wireless router in conjunction with the Microsoft Wireless Adapter, this plugs into the back of your 360 and away you go.

its actually much cheaper to buy a wireless ethenet bridge and use that instead.

get a catalog something like littlewoods you can get on credit from there that's what i have done
