i would hazard a guess that there somewhere in lincolnshire, as the dns/cache server is 'lns1-c11', apart from that you can google geo ip (something like that) and you might be able to pin point them a little closer, but you're not going to get an address or the exact area unless you contact the ISP........
Using an ip wouldn't matter as they could have a new ip address already, unless it's static...

You would need access to their records to get a proper address for it. Best you have is an educated guess as Dom suggested.
