hi,

I need a refund on my tax, whats the deal with this? as soon as I ask for a refund is the registration/shell considered SORN?

Essentially I need to refund my tax, change the engine capcity so I can apply to a different tax band.

Can anyone advise on the best way to go about this? order, proceedure, whatever?
