I bought 2.5 v6 brakes a while back and put them on my corsa gsi,which had standard hubs on it,then i decided to put a 2ltr 16v in my corsa so i bought the whole conversion kit from chris astley motorsport,put engine in etc,put the 2.5 v6 brakes on with 2ltr hubs then to find out the disc is rubbing on the caliper carrier?? could any 1 give me answers why this has happend??

What discs are you using?
GM ones or Fiat/Alfa?

its black diamond discs,its the kit from lmf 5 stud discs been drilled to 4 stud!

I have this problem with my hubs. I ended up spacing the carriers away from the hubs with washers where you bolt them on....but depends if they are rubbing on that side...ie you could make it worse.

forgot to say the carriers are rubbing on the outside of the disc!!

Hmm, spacing the carriers won't help then!
You may have to get the angle grinder out on your carriers then...remove a bit of the inside face.
Try swapping the carriers over, ie drivers side over to passenger side...i found that gave me some more room on mine.
