www.utorrent.com IIRC.
Torrents are the way forwards. I use uTorrent on my Windows machine and Transmission on the Macs.

You get full download speeds etc...all day everyday...try it...and you will never use Torrents again...

All you need is a decent torrent site and its exactly the same, but no joining fees. I get 800+kB/s off the torrent site I use
