Thats a bit too much of a sweeping statement to have a discussion about! The simple answer is no, the maclaren F1 is a better car, a Subaru Impreza STi 5 is a better car.
Best car of its time would be a better discussion or best rally car of its time etc...

Escort mk2s are the daddy, love em and always well!! Mexicos are sweeet rs2000s nice mk1s are quite phat as well.
