Currently have the lexmaul inlet, but will the mantzel copy be faster (the ones on ebay?). which would you choose for acceleration? any wise comments?

Keep the Lexmaul. Get some fast road cams, a Webber fuel pressure regulator and a remap with a Unichip. Job done

i own on of these off ebay on my gsi, cant see there been a differance in performance wise but as for money wise well worth it, just make sure (if ya got an ebay one) that you get the stainless 1, price is slightly higher than the alli 1 but looks for better an feel better build quality

how is it worth the money if it hasnt improved performance? That's the whole point of those manifolds.

who said any thing about it not making an improvment? i said there will be no differance in performance wise between the mantzel an the ebay 1s, thats all pal, why would i spend 240 quid on something that wont improve owt, ya must be seriously mad if ya did
