ah ok, thought you just meant a standard one. there's a plain flat courtney one on ebay aswel, but it's in chrome

you could use a black plastic one and paint it as its not engraved or has any raised lettering.

ebay usually, you have to look out for the plastic type, or i think i might have one kicking around the garage but wont be home til 6.30 so can let you know then?

You could probably still buy the late ones with Ecotec on them from Vauxhall.
Or you could buy a metal one and ask somone to mill off the lettering.
