Just thought this would interest a few of you on here. We (jamsport) are currently carrying out a supercharger conversion on an MV6 omega for one of our customers, some pics of the work so far:
The IC in this picture is different to the one used as we wanted a twin pass intercooler so the boost pipes would be on the one side
Supercharger bracket and tentioner:
All piped up:
Just waiting on some reducers for the throttle body to boost pipes, should arrive today.
Its running a gotech mfi pro ecu, the management was all fitted and running before the supercharger conversion was done, just needs a few more bits of pipe then fully mapping, should be finished by saturday.
list of bits done:
custom mandral bent decats
custom polished mandral bent boost pipes
custom intercooler
gotech mfi pro ecu and loom
few mods to the water pipes fans etc etc!
should go well!

what kind of gains are you expecting from this?
surely he'd be better off putting in a 3.2 v6 then supercharging that!

cheaper to stay with a 2.6, or there would be the cost of an engine and labour to fit that aswell. he knows the history of this engine and its low milage, why swap it! not sure on gains.... will be good tho
