You did kickboxing Cosmo? I did kickboxing for 2 years then broke my foot and havent done it since through fear of kicking someone and breaking it again

Yeah, did it for about 2.5-3yrs until I was about 18/19. Came to uni and it was too far away so stopped.
Wanted to start up again a while ago but never got round to it but wish I did now.

I want to start up again as those were the fittest years of my life. I might consider boxing as theres lest risk of foobing my foot then

what do you have to buy to start boxing.. if anything?
Im only 18 so its no that bad, itd be embarressin gettin put on the canvass by a 16 yr old tho lol

Id imagine most places will have equipment, but if not probably...head guard, sparring mits, bag gloves, and you'll want your own mouth guard, boxing shoes and clothes obviously!!

just to point out khan didnt break limond's jaw or nose
he burst his eardrum and has a badly swollen jaw
just adding that not to continue the hype around khan, plus limond had him down for 13 seconds watch the footage
oh also i actually wanted khan to win because i think he can be a great boxer

it was feared broken, many boxers have fought and won with broken jaws in reality limond had had enough and they flung in the towel

they didnt throw the towel in, the doc stopped the fight going into the 9th as he said he had a broken jaw (listen to the ring announcer as it will confirm this!).
