Im trying to put a Xvid on to disk and burn it, but it isnt allowing me ive tryed reencoding it but it wont let me do that.. is there any easyer programs to use?

What you trying to create? VCD \ SVCD \ DVD?
Make sure you have the latest version of Nero Vision Express (download it from nero website)
I find DVDSanta is better than Nero and has a quicker encoding time. Make sure you have the kazaa lite codec pack installed so all your video file can be encoded.
Make sure you dont have other big programs running while you convert movies otherwise they will skip and knock the lip sync out messing them up.
