Depending on phone manufacturer, look at theirs. Dads is pretty cool, not sure if it has radio muting though. Isn't that what the ATT button is for?

I have a Parrot CK3000 Evo in my corsa, brilliant bit of kit.
Voice activation, so you can dial out to the people you have saved names for without touching a button, as well as hang up a call handsfree.
The only thing you have to touch the unit for is to answer an incoming call, and thats only a single button.
Look them up on eBay etc, I got mine from work (Halfords), where I know we do them fully fitted for £99.99, not sure on other prices though, and whether you would be willing to do it yourself? I did mine, took an hour tops, and even hid the button in the ashtray, so the only thing visible is a miniature microphone on the A-pillar.
Hope that helped you!
