How can I tell if my PC is running on X32 or X64????
Opened control panel and then clicked on system but it doesnt tell me!!!
Gonna buy home premium but its 10 quid cheaper for the 32!!!! Any help would be great thank you

I would imagine you would be running a 32 bit machine. Your computer might have a sticker on it saying the processor type on the outside.
Though if you are running XP and upgrading to Vista you would know if you are running a 64bit version of XP.
Otherwise, Control Panel > System.
It will tell you what processor you have there, under computer on the first tab that opens.

yeah that was where I thought it would be. I built the pc myself but cant remember the bit rate on it!!!!
Just says:
AMD Athlon (tm) xp 2800+
2.8ghz 2.0GB of RAM

So we reconing 32 bit then??? I have found a place selling home premium for 45 squid so I thought I would try it then If I love it I might get Ultimate when the SP2 comes out

That's an x86 processor so you will need the 32bit (x86) version.
