ive just been to the garage to check up on my car as it just stopped running and ive been told the ecu has gone ive had a price of 393 + vat for the new ecu what should i do or can sombody help me would it be cheaper to find a engine nd ecu from scrapyard or what ?

im really in the shit here please somebody help me

Phone up all local scrap yards/brakers and get on ebay.

Dont stress, you wont have to pay that
