thanks to chris and geoff there.
lad did what was supposed to be an easy conversion (1.4 8v to 2.0 8v) on a friends corsa and basically fucked it up then couldnt be arsed fixing his fuck ups.
took it to the lads at gmh, said theyd have a look inbetween the work they had in, phoned today saying they could and will sort it. needs a new ignition barrels couple of the mounts sorting and the gear linkage sorting.
point is if anyone has a situation like this give geoff at GMH a ring

they phoned me today to say that even silly little things like flexi hoses were twisted and the suspension was loose
