Arial Atom. Leave it standard.
Nobel M12, slighty tune the engine.
BTCC Cavalier from 19993 as said.
Calsonic Skyline from Aussie Touring Car championship. Wiped everything. Got banned.
A slightly tuned Ferrari F40.
Wouldn't have any porsche or ferrari. The cars are too good and drive themselves. With the 360 Modena, they say a novice can lap as fast as the test driver with the Race control system on. Too similar. Same with the porsches, yes they are simply amazing cars, but too many un-educated drivers can drive them fast, too easy.
Any JGTC Car really.. Although getting one would be near impossible as they ONLY sell the wide bodykits to those entered into GT300 and GT500 classes.
Mk1 Golf with 1.8t engine, low boost turbo, cage, slicks, big brakes, thats it....
Kionsinegg RRRRRR (the big fast one).
Piaggani Zonda R, ok, not the best handlers, but 7.3 litres, with even more potential.
A Holden Commadore, supercharger...
This list really can go on and on and on

Ultima GTR with a 3.6l Ferrari V8 and possibly the F1 gearbox with padle shift as it would be a btter engine for use on the track over the lazy American V8's people normally use in them, not sure if the paddle gearbox would be better though, but it would be cool to get one running with it. Obviously it would be an MR configuration. I would go for the AP Racing brake package as you need something serious that wont over heat too quickly. The suspension package would need to be upgraded to the fully rose jointed setup to get the car performing absolutely perfectly.
It would probably be one of the fastest cars in the world then

My Idea of a Pure track car is as light as possible, Sits on the floor, and a small light, but high output engine. None of this propper monocoque chassis with a roof Rubbish .
Aluminium/titanium Bodied Westfield style kit car (sure if money was no object a Carbon Fibre Tub and Chassis wouldn't be an issue either though), C/F Panels, One seat, Road legal slicks, Magnesium wheels, and a Twin Turbo 1.3 RX7 Engine please .
