Opinions on this.....(Not to live in, to do up and sell)

Pros:
- Very near mainline station
- Not too bad a price for the area
- Decent-ish sized rooms
Cons:
- What a dump 
What I would do:
- Gas central heating
- Decorate all rooms, neutral colours etc.....
- New bathroom/kitchen
- Sort garden

But there were 2 flats sold in that postcode for £160k in January, only thing is it doesnt say how many rooms they were

imo once you have spent money on doing it up and fees etc you won't make much money.

The last flat to sell was in March for £129k. If I was looking to buy a place to do up and sell I would look in a completely different area where house prices are lower but increasing
