I'm after a loan, possibly around 5k or more. Are they available so you have a minimum to pay in per month and you can pay anything else on top of that. I’d be paying it off in 12 months.
I was thinking of an interest free credit card maybe? I've got one with Lloyds TSB with a limit of 8.5k (nothing owing) but it's interest based.
It's to purchase a flat with one of my mates. I'm 4kish short and he needs to find around 20k as he has another loan to pay off the big noob. It's a big if with him. I can't really do it on my own at the minute.
It’s cheap but in a shit area. But we both live close by.. Loads of people interested to by the sounds of it.

Use a credit card and keep transferring the balance so you hopefully dont get charged much
Dont get a loan, whatever you do, do not get a loan

I was told by people in the know to buy a shit house in a nice area rather than a nice house in a shit area.
The end.

Buy the worst house in the best street, not the best house in the worst street.

I've had a look at a couple of loans. My credit card with intrest seems the better option. Although i will apply for intrest free ones if we go through with the sale.

It's not that bad i don't think the area. It's in the next street to my mate and a couple of streets away from mine. Plus it's a first floor flat. I don't think i'd leave my car on the drive there like with all the kids but seems alright. Loads of family houses sounding it but close to the town centre with a good bus route. Also a nice little shopping area a 3 min walk away. Got an ASDA and everything really, just no designer shops
