The best way of doing it is to personally import, my dad saved £4k on his Merc A-Class, tried the same excersize with Porsche for the car he's got now, but they tried to rip us off.

Its not hard to do it your self I would recommend getting a shipping agent as they do all the customs paperwork for you, the only big down fall is the wait to have the car
