just got the 2ltr cav engine up ang running in my corsa B but having gear probs, can i use the origonal corsa linkage or do i use the linkage from the cav? also do i need to modify which ever 1 i use in any way?

F20 box you dont have to modifiy anything iirc

Needs to be made shorter, either that or you can buy ready made ones. i have a regal one on mind and its excellent

Phoning up regal will be your best bet, should be able to get their number frmo google. Its around £40 quid iirc. Just ask for the gear linkage for a c20xe conversion into a corsa

Use the standard Corsa Linkeage with Nova metal bar and throw the conversion spacer in the bin.
Trim the first couple of bits off the boot where the selector goes into the bulkhead so you can get 2nd and 4th ok.

Its the original linkage an it needs lengthening on the part that goes onto the gearbox.
