after a crunching tackle. was an awesome tackle, excellent timeing, but unfortunatly for me, my ankle was exactly where the ball was, and i hobbled off (and someone forgot the medical bag) As some may know i play football on some mondays, tuesdays, thursdays, saturdays and sundays.
so popped into boots:
1x Coheisive support bandage
1x Deep freeze spray
1x Deep freeze gel
1x Deep heat cream
As if i'm going to miss football
ps. i am aware of the long term damage risk

Be a proper footballer and say its your metatarsal
On a brighter note...my sisters fella was playing football at the weekend and got an elbow to his face. One night in hospital later it turns out he has broken his eye socket and cheek bone in 3 places and needs surgey this Thurs once the swelling goes down
