firstly with regards to steel rods is there any benifit/drawbacks when comparing sections, whats the ones to go for? also is there anything wrong with the ones doing the circuits on ebay these days?
secondly do the vxr fuel rails have any advantages over the standed c20let ones. not sure if they fit the let manifold. if not why not?
lastly can anyone supply a phase 4 ecu as regal wont money which i can only describe as silly!

I went for the cheap ass ebay rods an they have been fine. At the end of the day they all pretty much made from the same material as each other just some people get a bit anal an spend unneed money.
Just use the vxr injectors on the c20let rail thats what im running.

cool. prob gona buy the injectors with the rail anyway and have a mooch about to see whats what as making my own inlet so the only bit that will need to be close is the distance between ports if that make sense?
the rods are apparently made in the same factory as the eagle ones and look to be pritty savy. matey says he buys shed loads which is why there cheap and looks to be listen them for evo's and all sorts so will try abit of research.
what sort of money did your ecu go for nick? did it have that gay powerwheel thing?
