I have been posting topics about which inlet manifold mod for the 1.6 16v XEL on various boards, and I think I have it sussed!
Basically I want to mod the Inlet manifold (Goan!) on my 1.6 XE, I have done a load of reading!!!
Here are the results (and from searching everywhere for info!)
Dbilas = S**t (cos they use all standard fuelling etc)
Mantzel = Good, but a little expensive and not much cop on its own.
Velos = Only good reports really, except no one seems to have them to prove what they claim (and they look a bit odd!)
Lexmaul = Tosh
Tb's = Over my budget!
I have about a grand give or take!
THIS IS WHAT I HAVE DECIDED, (or at least narrowed it down to!)
Mantzel Box PLUS Mantzel Chip OR
Velos Induction tube thing with Mappable Unichip.
