I took my car in the garage on Saturday as driving up to Warwickshire this Friday. I thought it needed brakes, discs and i also asked him to check the tracking and change the back wheels onto the front. He had it all day and when i came to pick it up he charged me a tenner said everything was fine and its all good to drive up. How wierd is it when you go somewhere and tell them to do whatever it needs and you end up with a small bill like that.

Does every car not pull to the left slightly though. I thought it was a saftey feature, for when you fall asleep at the wheel you wont hit oncoming traffic.

did he check the tracking by using laser alignment, or did he just look at the wheels?

The camber of the roads (which you cant always see) normally makes cars pull to the left

The pulling to the left might just be due to the camber of the shit roads in this country.
EDIT: Damn you David.

the camber means a car will drift to the left if you take your hands off the wheel, pulling is a different thing when you can actually feel the steering pulling to the left

I would just pop it into another tyre place and ask them to laser track it. Then ask them if it was very out.
I take it your a fittie judging by your username, maybe this was the reason for the cheap price?
