keeps flicking on but only when i go round this one roundabout near my house. its happened most mornings this week.
ill check it when i get in but its i would of thought it would come on on all round abouts if it was low, i also go quicker around other and it doesnt come on.

may have to top it up then lol. think my waters low/empty aswell. 
will have to get it sorted 2nite.
what oil would be best?? and can you mix oils?

Shouldnt really mix different oils, if your just topping it up make sure its the same quality. i.e 10w 40 Semi with 10w 40 Semi

I thought the oil light was an indicator of level, more pressure. Either way, make sure you check it 
I check mine at least once a week, sometimes twice!

Oil light on a Corsa is an oil pressure light. You have no oil in your engine. Don't top it up, go and spend a few more pence and get a new filter and do an oil service.

checked it and its half full. so just topped it up a little bit. see how it goes for now.

min to max is a litre iirc so try not to overfill it

mine just to flash the oil light on when it got to the min level on the dipstick its just momentary low oil pressure caused by oil surge under heavy cornering!
