Where can I get mobile phone insurance from? I was previously covered by CPW, but as this is a Vodafone upgrade they won't cover me. Any suggestions?

Vodafone want £7.95 a month, which is a start but i'm sure I can get it cheaper than that.

In case my phone gets broken, or I put it in the washing machine. Both of which have happened previously. Its mainly because i've now got a half decent phone, which would cost me dear to replace it.

Yeah, it says on the website that it is £3.50, but the person I was talking to didn't really have a clue. That might be for business use only, so I need to ring back tomorrow.

The K750 broke twice, due to the little joystick on it getting caught in my pocket and stopping working. Then, I put one in the washing machine. Came out nice and clean mind

what thats stupid lol dont you work for vodafone.

if some one has an expensive contract phone loses it in the first week theres stuck without a phone and a contract, unless they buy a sim free one which voda used to charge a bucket for.

£8 quid a month is good for piece of mind tbh.

£7.95 is the standard insurance charge for vodafone.

only way to get it cheaper is with a bundle when you renew or first get a contract.

And what do you want to know, its 7.95 a month covers you for loss, damage, theft and unauthorised calls.

puts you in a 12 month contract also (well used to when i worked there).

My new contract only started today for 12 months, so i'm not too worried about it being a 12 month contract. As i've only just renewed, it might be possible that way.
