Beaten to it.

Yup - 5 versions of win95,
- Ver A - Fat 16
- Ver B - Fat 32 added and usb support
- Ver C - More fixes to the main bugs.

Dont know what the next to versions were called but this is when win98 version 1 came out so poeple started to use that.

Best thing to do Si would be to stick Win98 SE (second edition) on.

Good luck any probs email me or u2u.

Havent read it all, but there are a fair few versions of Win95, you would need Win95 C as A doesn't support FAT32 and B doesn't have as many features as C.

If I were you I would wait a little longer to find Win98se because all round its a good OS.

Win XP is good for games too, never had a game that wont work on mine, as longas you know what your doing with it.

Tony Hawks 2 dont work in XP at all. Trust me spent ages trying to get that going! I loved that game! All the run in 98 modes and all that, correcting the virtual memory etc etc...

Just made me go out and buy tony hawk 3 tho!

Its a sad day when I give advice on how to setup a windows 95 systems but anyway...

Rebuilt the system from scratch, decide what FAT you are going to use then install Win 95 first, then install Win 2K and it will setup a boot menu for you.
Job done.
