Can I purchase a motherboard that will support older AGP graphics cards and Intel Core Duo / Dual Core CPU's?

Its not worth throwing money at a shite MoBo - and the shite processor and memory it'll need - just to keep it IMO.

Your only going to end up wanting to spend more cash on a newer spec in the near future if you want to keep it - thats unless you can find a newer MoBo that will handle the newer dual cores, not sure on the chances of that though!!

I aint built a system in 3 years or looked into it, aparently its app PCI EXPRESS now, might have to get one of these

Your best sticking with your current spec then and waiting a while until youve more to spend, as doubt you'll see any decent performance gain with buying older technology.
