the problem is, ive got 17" wheels and its lowered on 40mm springs, but it catches the arches when i have more that 3 people in the car, it also catches the fronts on full lock, is there anything else i could do without having to change the springs?

i had mine lowered 60mm on spax coilovers with 17's and 205/40/17 tyres and didnt touch anywhere

you could try hammering out your arches, or if you fancy something more extreme trimmig the lips off them, this is the metal not the plastic by the way.
there is 30mm lowering springs or coilovers can normaly go between 20mm and 100(ish)mm

Whats the difference between standard corsa and gsi springs?
IIRC is there not a small difference?
