If the tickets were given to you as a guest of Shell, the best thing to do is to contact the person who gave them to you and see if they have any alternative tickets available.
If you won them through a competition which Shell is running at their petrol stations, my understanding is that their policy on these is that they're not exchangeable, however it may be worth a try anyway. The lady running the day to day logistics of this competition is Jenny Joss. Tel: 01xxx xxxxxx
Sorry I can't solve this directly for you, but as these are tickets that are in Shell's control, I need to refer it back to them.
