 have they actually done anything illegal though ? technically with not having any content hosted on there site?

on what grounds was it raided? simply because its "a thorn in someones side" does not give powers that be rights to do this

to be honest drax, if a site comes up as 1st or 2nd result on google when searching for "rapidshare links" i highly doubt they expect to be unknown.
