Just read this in a tabloid newspaper  it's his apparently and it's for the month of September last year. There's a statement from a Liverpool spokesman saying they are taking the matter seriously and are investigating it.

His money isn't being handled well enough for him to be incurring that much tbh, he's had troubles with financial advisors in the past as well so it's not surprising really.

trouble was with his agent who was also acting as his F.A, dont think he was a proper one though
