could anyone out there please give me advice on lowering my car. a have 15s on it and a was thinking about lowering it about 40mm or 60mm,but dont want them to rub.so whats the best?

mine is lowered 60mm front 35 back on 17's, just destroyed my front bumper cos it hits the ground everywhere, its too low, looks sweet, but so damn inpractical.

I have lowered my TD with Gmax kit -35mm, it has dropped the front around 45mm and the rear 35mm. probably the extra weight of the engine has caused the front to be a bit lower.

your frount bumper must be prety low kiris as i havnt really heared anyone who has dropped the cra 60mm on 17's and smashed the bumpers up.
anyway got any pics how low it is and how bad is the bumper smashed up

its a standard front bumper with rgm splitter.
think its cos im using sri springs so they must be softer and its letting it sit lower than 60mm, front wheels are inside the archs.

oh, first thing to improve handling on a td would be too fit an antirole bar, paid 35 quid for mine, came off a sport. makes more difference than lowering it.
got some adjustable koni shocks now, defo recommend them, it has unbelievable grip, havent managed under steer in the dry yet.
