I'm sure it's only on 07 and later cars. I was worried my scooby was in the £300 bracket, but it's not. You can check on the DVLA website.

That's a Vauxhall, not a Land Rover.
Tax would be £180/year as per any 1996 car with an engine bigger than 1549cc.
