I have a strange issue where by the a PC wont boot while it has the network cable plugged in. Ive tried everything and it just wont boot until you remove the network cable.
Ive gone through bios, checked everything (wake on lan etc) and its all disabled.
Does anyone have any ideas?

Dell 745!!
We have this problem in work.
Boot into windows and reinstall network card.
If that doesn't help, change the IP address.
This issue also happens when there is an clash.
