look in FAQ or help for your hosting, therte will be an option to transfer a domain to them

yes there is, but it requires a IPS tag to transfer in.

get nominet to transfer it as it looks as if there is registar for the domain. Unless you know who the domain was bought through, if so then get them to transfer it.
