do you want me to get you a rate from her ? she can get lower rate's as she doesnt make commision, unlike dealerships etc they make a percentage of the finance rate, so if they put you on a high rate = more money for them

also looking at the market there is not many 1.8 sri's about with millage as low as mine for the price i was looking for

finance i'm on that with my current car, only paying back £500 on 3k which is very good imo, i can afford the payments each month so i dont really see a problem as long as you go fc on insurance. i see no problems

i'm on car finance and it's fine, got a great deal of only paying back 1.2k from 9.8k which i think is pretty good deal, only 400 quid interest a year.

it's fine as long as you can afford it with money to spare and are in a stable job

The interest on car finance is mind boggling!! 15-25% is quite common!!

i'd suggest if your gettin car finance make sure you can afford it + more

stick some away and get it paid off early, settle it as soon as you canless interest that way

finance works well for some people, but it is a false economy tbh.

it lets you buy something you can't really afford and unless you can save the cash for your next car at the same time, you could be a slave to finance for years.

do you have any deposit what so ever?? that can help when negotiating rates with the dealer (broker)...
