You'll not get over 160BHP with just a chip and you won't get 185 with a chip and injectors.
The Fiesta's are a lot more expensive to tune than the Escorts because of the EFi.

It sounds like a good motor though, have a look on the forum below, its the best one for Fiestas.

Patrick, if you want to fully enjoy your Fiesta RS Turbo you need to fit the following parts:

Quick rack or p.a.s from a later model Fiesta (4 turns lock to lock standard)

Uprated 90 n/m S1 escort Turbo lsd (6 bolt flange, S2 has 8 bolt flange)

Uprated front wishbone bushes

Uprated radiator and intercooler.

Problems with the fusebox are common because the radiator cooling fan is on alot due to the small rad.

Dont forget the fuel filler cap, neon washer jets, and harnes pads for the back.

cossie managements the way to go or just ditch the engine and plop in a cossie engine

The cossie engine is the way forward, just close your eyes and try to pretend the cossie was FWD and all will be well.

well ideally u want is to drop in the cossie running gear.. 4x4..

i saw one for sale a while back pushing 330bhp.... at a bargain price of £9,500
