Right, got told that the reason my speedo needle is bouncing around everywhere could be to do with my abs. does this sound like a possibility? cheers

depends wether your car takes the speedo reading from the ABS sensors.

need to know: does the car have cable or electronic speedo? does it have a speed sender in the gearbox (if its electronic) ?

it is electronic and i cant find the transducer in the box at all. the place where it usually is on the box appears to be capped off. so it could be linked?

speedo signal comes from your ABS signal then.

1998 corsa sport x16xe. i was driving home from colege today and the eml light came on. got home and turned the engine off n back on and it aint on nw? could this also be related?
