Yes its very sad and childish but im bored and making a Bebo skin for a mate. You can only have up to 40kb image. Im stuck at 44kb and cant find a way to shrink it anymore.
Im using Corel PSP Photo 11.
Or can open using Photoshop 7.

open i photoshop, save as for web, adjust the slider till it hits 40kb

then if you right click on one or several pics you get options to resize

The bottom image is a bit brighter, but apart from that, there's no difference at all.

think the colour on the image resizer is a little less vibrant? maybe its my eyes

image resizer adds to much noise, look at the leaves on the bottom right

To be honest, they probably don't even have a monitor that can produce a high enough quality image to be able to tell the difference.
