sold a phone last week...
sold it due to buying a k850i
the phone was sent special delivery nicely wrapped with two layers of jiffy bag...
Had this email today....
Hi I reiecieved the phone, but have been told by the phone shop that it is BLOCKED and cannot be used inside the UK! im not sure you were aware of this, and it did not state in the description. so obiously the phone is useless inside the uk.
As you have 100% feedback I believe you are a honest person and recommended ebayer, but due to the circumstances, I would like to return the phone for a FULL refund.
ITS WAS WORKING 100% BEFORE I SENT IT

Its bullshit and they are trying to pull one on you...
Before I ever send a phone on ebay.... i note the serial number and IMEI.... and also place a small sticker over on of the screws.
Them saying its blocked means that they are implying that it is stolen.
Chances are he's trying on it a different network and the phone is SIM locked to whatever network you were on.

I can assure you its not stolen 
I never sent the bo as I didnt list it with one as I couldnt find it... So id have to look for it... I dont want to accept it back as im accepting to gie refund then..
But if they open a dispute in paypal im going to be out of pocket!

What hes doing is going to try and con you. Most of these people will have nicked one of the same phones which has been blocked and then they buy this one off you and claim its fucked, sending you back the blocked one they already had.
If it worked before you sent it, then hes 100% trying this, he probablly has loads of them hes nicked/found and doing this to get hold of working ones to then sell on and make money

Tell him you have a note of the mobile serial number and imei number and when he returns it and you confirm it's the same phone. You will refund the money. I bet he comes back with 'It's not blocked now' or leave the ball in his court for him to return it.

I took it to shop to have it work with my tmobile simcard and the man in the shop said its blocked and I cant use it with my sim
