my hdd just went doen, annoying yes.. but its not the end of the world..
just looking into new options.
what are the current specs on a fast HDD i know that the rpm is good high..
im looking at this.

seagate are my favourite drives, fast(not fastest though), quiet and always reliable. check the ms search time too.
