Fcuking ace, going back in october. Spent far to much money, ate far too much food, smoked just the right amount of naughty stuff, and walked for miles and miles and miles.
Never got lost though, even when stonned 
Red light district, let down, wasn't half as good as i was expecting.
Found a few nice coffeeshops, and a few sh1te ones. Went back to one coffee shop about 5-6 times, great hot chocolate, and superb gear. Stayed in this funky hotel thats faced opposite to the palace in Dam Square. Quite posh, nice hotel, too snobby though.
Can't wait to go back.
And the best bit, the gear lasts for hours, not half hours, ohhhhhhhhh, i miss the coffeeshops 
If u haven't been and like a smoke, go, u'll not regret it!

Amsterdam itself never sucked, its just a city with weird buildings. Didn't spend much time in any bars. In fact, i drank 1/2 pint in 3 days with a meal. Was pleasently hammered on green all the time, no need to ruin it.
Red light district was dirty and scummy. Didn't spend that much time in there. Sex shops, apart from all the vids n DVDs, u could buy better stuff in Ann Summers
But, we both had a great time, great 3 days

Hotel bed was very very big. And i got a king size bed, that would have looked small. And mirrors on the walls
